Richard Lusk

Richard Lusk is the Founding Director of the UAS Research Center at Oak Ridge National Laboratory. His first implementation of unmanned aircraft was while serving as a Marine Corps intelligence officer during the Gulf War in 1991. With more than 30 years of professional experience, he is an expert in designing and planning integrated technology platforms and managing their creation and transformation into comprehensive, authoritative, and intuitive decision support systems. His focus is creating unmanned system, sensor, and data solutions for precision agriculture, disaster response, security and emergency management applications for improving the human condition. Rick is a graduate of Boston University and serves on the USA Drone Port Advisory Board.

Jack Kennedy

Jack Kennedy is a consultant in aerospace, energy and materials science technology. He is an advocate of commercial unmanned aircraft systems, space commerce and an extensive history of leading both scientific space and aerospace technology projects and in building strategic partnerships with governments and private businesses. Jack serves on the Board of Directors of Virginia Aviation and Virginia Commercial Space flight Authority and the USA Drone Port Advisory Board.
